Accountability Index

A single transparent score per MP, computed from the same facts recorded on their docket — not an editorial judgment.

METHODOLOGY

Every MP's score starts at zero and is built entirely from figures already shown on their docket page. Nothing here is a subjective rating — it is one disclosed formula applied identically to all 543 members:

+ Attendance
attendance % × 0.3 (max 30 pts)
+ Promise fulfillment
fulfilled ÷ total promises × 30 (max 30 pts)
+ MPLADS utilization
utilization % × 0.2 (max 20 pts)
− Criminal cases
8 pts per case
− Broken promises
4 pts per broken promise

The result is clamped to a 0–100 range. An MP with no attendance or MPLADS data on record simply scores zero on that component — it is not treated as a penalty. This index is one lens on the same public record shown throughout this site, not a verdict; read the individual docket for the full picture behind any score.
